Panthea Lee

Co-Founder, Reboot

Panthea Lee is the co-founder of Reboot, a service design firm working in the fields of global governance and development.

Having designed and deployed programs in over 20 countries, including Afghanistan, China, Egypt, and Sudan, Panthea leads Reboot’s team of designers, technologists, and policy experts to develop effective social programs and services. Her sector experience includes agriculture, education, financial inclusion, government accountability, human trafficking, humanitarian relief, and public health.

Before co-founding Reboot, Panthea was with UNICEF’s innovation practice working on a variety of technology for development initiatives in highly political and sensitive environments. Her work at UNICEF included helping launch Palestine’s first open-source software community and developing new models for engaging the global mobile industry in support of development aims.

Her work has appeared in publications such as Core77, the MIT Innovations Journal, and Touchpoint, the Journal of Service Design.
